Eye Flame Tutorial

So, yeah, *UsagiTenshi asked me how I did my eye on fire effect on the "Think Twice titled picture of
Chess. Well, I figured that since it took me a while but was really fun I would make a tutorial to help her and anyone else out that was wondering. Here is that tutorial.
